Can I switch between partner providers?


If you have a SkyShowtime membership through a provider but want to switch to a different one, you must cancel your current membership with your current provider. 

  

Your provider entirely manages your billing, so you must contact them to cancel your membership before signing up with a new provider.  

 

If you switch to a different provider, you will be asked to complete account activation with the new partner. To do so, you can use the email address you used before. You will only be able to do this once the old partner's billing expires on your existing account. If you attempt to activate SkyShowtime with the new partner while your old partner’s billing is not expired yet, you won’t be able to complete the account activation. 

 

Steps to switch between partner providers: 

1. Contact current provider: Reach out to your current service provider for detailed instructions on how to cancel your membership. 

2. Wait for the cancellation confirmation: After cancelling, wait for confirmation and the end of your current billing cycle. 

3. Sign up through a new partner provider: Once your membership is fully cancelled, you can sign up through the new telecom partner provider's website. 

 

By following these steps, you can effectively manage your SkyShowtime membership and switch to the provider that best suits your needs.
