I am already a member. Can I activate the service through a partner provider?


If you are already a SkyShowtime member, you can activate the service through a partner provider. Whether you are on a monthly or annual subscription plan, you have the option to activate the service through a local partner.

 

Take a look at the scenarios below to determine which cancellation process applies to you.

 

I signed up on the SkyShowtime site and chose a monthly subscription plan

If you originally signed up on the SkyShowtime site and chose a monthly subscription plan, to activate SkyShowtime through a partner provider, simply register directly with the partner on their website. Your SkyShowtime subscription will be cancelled automatically once you sign up with the partner provider, and you will keep your account preferences and viewing history after switching.

 

If you see two subscriptions in your account, it may be because your previous billing cycle has not yet ended. For example, if you subscribed to a monthly plan on September 12, your billing cycle will end on October 12, and the previous subscription will disappear from your account after that date.

 

I signed up on the SkyShowtime site and chose an annual subscription plan

If you originally signed up on the SkyShowtime site and chose an annual subscription plan, your billing cycle will last 12 months. We do not offer refunds for the remaining subscription period if you're on an annual plan.

I signed up on the Apple Store/Google Play Store

In this case, you will need to manually cancel your current subscription made through the store before activating SkyShowtime through a partner provider.

 

If you're unsure where you signed up, you can easily check by reviewing any paper or paperless invoice notifications, or checking your bank statements to see which store you signed up through.

 

It’s important to cancel your SkyShowtime subscription on the device you used to sign up initially. If you have the app on multiple devices, make sure you cancel the subscription on the original device. For example, if you signed up on your iOS device and then installed the app on your Android tablet, you should cancel the subscription on the Apple Store.

When you cancel your app store subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your billing cycle. After cancelling through the app store, you will need to wait until the end of your current billing cycle before you can use your login credentials to activate SkyShowtime through a partner provider.

 

Your account preferences and viewing history will be retained after the switch. Please note that the app stores handle all billing matters.
