Go to skyshowtime.com/forgot.

Enter the email address linked to your SkyShowtime account and follow the instructions in the email you receive to set a new password. Check your junk mail if you don’t find the email in your inbox.
Please note the link will only be valid for 3 hours after request.

Once you receive the email, click on "Reset password" and save your new password.
If you did not receive the password reset link, click the ‘Resend’ button. We highly recommend verifying your email address or other information when you sign up to avoid typos or creating multiple accounts.
