Email saying my SkyShowtime account information has been updated


If you've received an email stating that your SkyShowtime email, password, or payment method has been updated without your knowledge, please follow these steps: 

  

  1. Change the password for your account immediately.
  2. Contact us and we will look into it.

We recommend checking your billing details and payments online instead of using the app, as the online account has the most up-to-date and accurate information.
