I signed up with a partner and cannot update my payment method


If you signed up through one of your local partner providers and you need to update your payment method, you should do so on their platform, as they manage your billing entirely. 

  

When you activate SkyShowtime through a local partner provider, payment is processed through the chosen payment method with the provider and it cannot be adjusted within the ‘Account’ section of the SkyShowtime site. 

 

If you have questions about your account or billing, please contact your partner provider directly.
