How do I delete my SkyShowtime account and data?


For any requests relating to your SkyShowtime account and data, you can complete our SkyShowtime Data Access Request form.

 

Using the Skyshowtime Data Access Request form, you can request to:

 

  • Delete your personal data
  • Access your personal data
  • Port your personal data

 

Rest assured, all requests go through a very secure automated system, and we will let you know once we have received them.

How long does it take to delete my data?

If you have requested that your SkyShowtime account, be deleted, it can take up to 30 days for your request to be processed. But don’t worry – we’ll email you to keep you posted on the request status throughout.

 

Data is a very sensitive matter, so we may ask you to verify your identity before actioning your Data Access Request. If you are submitting the request for someone else, we may also ask for evidence that you’re authorised to act on their behalf.

I deleted my SkyShowtime account, but I’m still being charged for the service

Please note that simply deleting your account will not prevent future payments, such as automatic renewal charges (direct debits) for the service. You are responsible for reviewing, managing, and cancelling your payment obligations. For example, if your membership is billed through a third party such as Apple or the Google Play Store, you may still be charged unless you cancel it with them.
