Charged after cancelling SkyShowtime


You might continue to be charged even after cancelling your SkyShowtime plan for various reasons. 

  

You deleted your account but didn't cancel the direct debit

Deleting your SkyShowtime account and data doesn’t automatically cancel any direct debits you may have set up to pay for the service. We recommend following these cancellation steps and deleting the direct debit with your bank.  

  

You have more than one SkyShowtime account 

You may have other active SkyShowtime accounts. For instance, you likely signed up for our service through the SkyShowtime app and created an account using another email address online.  

  

Someone else restarted your subscription 

It's also possible that someone may have accidentally restarted your SkyShowtime subscription. If that's the case, we suggest you sign out from all your devices and reset your password to ensure no one else can start using your SkyShowtime account.  

  

We recommend checking your billing details and payments online instead of using the app, as the online account has the most up-to-date and accurate information.
