There are different ways to cancel your plan, depending on how you initially subscribed.
I subscribed on the SkyShowtime website
If you've subscribed directly through our site, skyshowtime.com and want to cancel your plan, you can do it at any time online. Follow these simple steps:

Go to your SkyShowtime account.

In the section showing your plan and payments, select 'Cancel subscription'.

You’ll be presented with a short multiple-choice survey asking for the reason for the cancellation. Select one of the options, then press ‘Continue’.

A final page will appear where you can confirm the cancellation by clicking on ‘Cancel plan’.
Alternatively, you can cancel your membership in by clicking ‘Change subscription’ and follow the same steps.
Once you cancel, a page will appear, showing a message that a confirmation email has been sent to your registered email address. It will also inform you how long you can access the service. You can still watch the content until the end of your billing cycle, whether monthly or annual. For instance, if you have a monthly subscription, you can keep watching the content for the remainder of the month you have already paid for. If you have an annual subscription, you can watch the content for the rest of the year you paid for. Also, your SkyShowtime account will be active so you can restart your subscription anytime.
If you decide to cancel your plan, keep in mind that any special discounts you may have applied to your account will be removed, and you won't be able to regain them if you restart your plan later. Also, please remember to cancel any direct debits you might have set up with your bank to pay for your plan.
We recommend checking your billing details and payments online instead of using the app, as the online account has the most up-to-date and accurate information.
I subscribed via Google Play/App Store
If you have subscribed to SkyShowtime through either Google Play or the App Store, you will need to cancel your plan through the respective app store from where you made the purchase. This is because they manage your subscription entirely.
It's important to note that you cannot cancel your SkyShowtime plan through the SkyShowtime app as it is separate from the app stores.
Cancel your plan on the App Store (Apple devices)
To cancel your SkyShowtime plan on your iPhone or iPad, follow these steps:

Open the 'Settings' app on your Apple device.

Tap on your name located at the top of the screen.

Choose the 'Subscriptions' option.

Find and select your SkyShowtime subscription.

Click on the 'Cancel plan' button.

Confirm the cancellation.
Once you've completed these steps, you'll see a new page detailing when your SkyShowtime subscription will end. Additionally, you'll be given the option to reactivate your subscription if you change your mind.
Cancel your plan on the Google Play Store (Android devices)
If you want to cancel your SkyShowtime subscription on your Android device, you need to follow these three easy steps:

Go to your Google Play ‘Subscriptions’.

Look for the SkyShowtime subscription and select it.

Finally, tap 'Cancel plan' to cancel your subscription.
I subscribed through a partner provider
If you subscribed through a local provider, you will need to cancel your plan with them.
