Parental controls on SkyShowtime

There are two types of parental controls you can set up to ensure they watch only age appropriate SkyShowtime content: Age Rating and PIN Code. 

Setting Age Rating 

1. Go to your profiles page. 

2. Select the profile for which you want to enable Age Rating and click on the pencil icon to edit it. 

3. In 'Settings', go to 'Age Rating'. 

4. Click on 'Change'.  

5. Enter your password. 

6. Now, you can choose between 3 levels of Age Rating: 

• Young kids - Programs suitable for all ages. 

• Older kids – Programs suitable for ages up to 9 years. 

• Family - Programs suitable for ages up to 12 years. 

7. Save.  

Creating a PIN Code 

1. Go to your profiles page.  

2. Select the profile you want to lock and click on the pencil icon to edit it. 

3. In 'Settings', turn the 'Profile Lock' toggle on. 

4. Enter your password. 

5. Create a PIN code. 

6. Save it. 

Once you set up a parental control PIN, you'll need it every time you want to play content from that profile. 

Have you forgotten your parental control PIN code?  

1. Go to your profiles page.   

2. Choose the profile and click on the pencil icon below its avatar to edit it. 

3. Once in the profile, you can reset or change your PIN code.
