Why was my SkyShowtime plan cancelled?


If you got a message from us saying that your SkyShowtime plan was cancelled, it means we had issues collecting your payment and we couldn’t renew your plan. 
 
Please make sure you have enough money in your account and that your payment information is current. We recommend checking your billing details and payments online instead of using the app, as the online account has the most up-to-date and accurate information.  

 
We will try charging your card every day for three straight days and then every other day after that for up to 27 days or maximum of 15 attempts. 
 
If payment fails after multiple attempts, your plan will be automatically cancelled.
