How to upgrade or downgrade your plan


It’s important to know that you can only switch between plans of the same duration. For instance, if you currently have a monthly Standard plan, you can only downgrade to a monthly Standard with Ads plan or upgrade to a monthly Premium plan.   

 

Also, whenever you change to a different plan, whether is an upgrade or a downgrade, you will permanently lose any offers or discounts currently applied to your account. 

 

Follow these steps if you signed up directly on the SkyShowtime website: 

 

  1. Go to your account 

  1. Click on 'Change subscription'. 

  1. Select the plan you want to upgrade or downgrade to. 

 

If you subscribed through one of our partner providers, please note that the processes above do not apply. For any questions about upgrading, downgrading, or offers, please contact your provider directly. 

 

When are the changes taking effect? 

When you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately. You will automatically be refunded for the unused days of your previous subscription or offer. 

 

If you choose to downgrade, the changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Until then, you can continue to enjoy the benefits of your previous plan. 

 

Changing the duration of your plan 

To change from a monthly to an annual payment plan and vice versa, you must contact our Customer Care team who will cancel your current plan for you. Once your current plan is cancelled, you can repeat the subscription process on skyshowtime.com and select the payment plan you want to sign up for.
