Updating your payment method can be done in different ways, depending on how you originally subscribed.

You can update your billing information for SkyShowtime online, follow these steps:

Go to the tab showing your plan and payments.

Under 'Payment method', click on 'Update payment method'.

Select your bank - You will be redirected to the bank's website to complete your payment. Remember, you can change your payment method later in your account settings.
If Enhanced Security is enabled on your account, follow the steps below to turn it off.
Disable Enhanced Security

Go into ‘Settings’ and toggle off ‘Enhanced Security’.

Next, we will send a unique code to your registered email address.

Once you get the code, go back to the plans and payments tab and select ‘Show Now’.

Enter the code so we know it’s you.

Lastly, click 'Apply'.
We recommend checking your billing details and payments online instead of using the app, as the online account has the most up-to-date and accurate information.

To update your payment method on your iPhone or iPad, follow these steps:

Open the 'Settings' app.

Tap on your name.
-
Select 'Payment & Delivery'. You may be prompted to sign in with your Apple ID.

Tap 'Add Payment Method', enter the new payment method details, and tap 'Done'.

Tap 'Edit'.

Tap the red delete button next to the old payment method and confirm by tapping 'Delete'.
