If you initially signed up on our SkyShowtime website and want to switch to the annual payment plan, contact us, and we will cancel your current plan with immediate effect. Once cancelled, you can go to skyshowtime.com and select the annual payment plan when signing up again.
We recommend checking your billing details and payments online instead of using the app, as the online account has the most up-to-date and accurate information.
If you signed up through an app store, you must also cancel your current monthly plan in order to switch to the annual payment plan. Please refer to the instructions below for guidance.
Cancel on the App Store
- Open the ‘Settings’ app on your device.
- Tap on your name and then select ‘Subscriptions’.
- Select the SkyShowtime subscription.
- Click on the 'Cancel Subscription' button.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Cancel on the Google Play Store
- Open the Google Play Store on your device.
- Tap the avatar in the top right, go to ‘Payments and subscriptions’ and select ‘Subscription’.
- Select the SkyShowtime subscription.
- Click on the 'Cancel Subscription' button.
- Confirm the cancellation.
