5. Is your SkyShowtime app up to date?
You can check for a new version of the SkyShowtime app in your device’s store (Google Play Store, App Store, LG Content Store, etc.). If your SkyShowtime app is up to date, try clearing data by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as this often helps to resolve app issues.
6. Log out of your SkyShowtime account

1. From your watch page, select 'ACCOUNT' in the top right corner or use this SkyShowtime account shortcut.
2. Once in your account, click on the profile icon on the page's top right-hand side.
3. Choose 'Sign out' from the drop-down menu.
4. Wait a few minutes and sign back in.

In the SkyShowtime app’s homepage, click on your avatar, then on the ‘Account’ button, go to ‘Settings’, and select ‘Sign Out’ (bottom of the screen). Wait a few minutes and sign back in.
