Subtitles are available in multiple languages for all SkyShowtime content. If you experience issues with subtitles, such as selecting a language but seeing a different one or being unable to turn them on, try the following troubleshooting steps.
Sign out and sign back in
On SkyShowtime.com

In your SkyShowtime account, click on the profile icon at the page's top right-hand corner.

Select ‘Sign out’ from the drop-down menu.

Wait a couple of minutes and sign back in.
In the SkyShowtime App

On the app’s homepage, click on your avatar.

Select the ‘Account’ button.

Go to ‘Settings’ and scroll to the bottom of the screen.

Click ‘Sign Out’.

Wait a couple of minutes and log back in.
Restart your browser or device

Close and reopen your browser.

Alternatively, restart your device.

You can also try accessing your SkyShowtime account in Incognito mode to rule out any browser-related issues.
